The entire production cycle is monitored constantly from the control room, by adopting sophisticated computerized techniques that allow the highly qualified personnel to interpret the data homogeneously and accurately, as well as to define preventive measures to guarantee the safety of the plants, the environmental performances and the quality of the entire technological process.

As evidence of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System implemented, the regeneration plants of Pieve Fissiraga (LO) and Ceccano (FR) obtained and currently maintain ISO 9001 Quality Certification.

The qualified laboratories in the two plants support the internal production activity with analytical profiles of all process phases and carry out, assisted by university institutes and consulting companies, research activities aimed at technological optimization and product evolution.
